Io l'ho preparato per cena prima di leggere questa ricetta. Ho messo uno strato di patate schiacciate e saltate con olio e cipolla uno strato di spinaci saltati in padella con olio e cipolla e spruzzato con lievito alimentare e un terzo strato di patate spruzzate di lievito e pangrattato con una spruzzata di evo.
