Fried ice cream

Ingredients

For 8 people:
8 scoops of rice
120 g rice flour bio
150 g flour 0 bio
1 tsp baking soda
15 g icing sugar
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 dl of water poured in freezing cold, sparkling thread
1 vanilla bean (seeds)
peanut oil for frying

Instructions

Put the ice cream balls on parchment paper in a baking dish in the freezer overnight.
The next day cover the balls (one by one) of film and place in the freezer for other 8 hours.
Prepare the batter by mixing all ingredients (except oil).
With the beaters kick her and add the ice cream balls that will stay in the freezer for 5 more hours.
FRY in hot oil until they are golden brown.
Served hot.

Che fine fa la pellicola??? E a cosa serve...

Penso che la pellicola serva prima a non fare spiaccicare la pallina di gelato nel freezer e poi, ancora di più, a tenere la pastella intorno alla pallina finché non si congela

Invece di impastellarlo, si può procedere anche in questo modo: dopo averlo messo in freezer in pellicola x ghiacciarlo, liberarlo ed avvolgerlo completamente in pane da tramezzini (controllando bene che sia del tipo vegan!!), riavvolgerlo e ri-ghiacciarlo. Poi si libera e si procede con la frittura
