Corn cups

For 4 people
80 g of wheat grain
a handful of dried fruit (prunes, apricots, figs, raisins ...)
1 clove
2 tablespoons ground walnuts


Soak the wheat for the night, and then the dried fruit for an hour.
Pour the corn into a pot with clove and cover with water; bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes, covered, over low heat.
At this point, remove the cloves, add the chopped nuts and bake for another 25 minutes.
When the corn is softened, just cut a few spoonfuls, blend it with cooking water and riunitela the rest; Bake for another 10 minutes.
Place to cool down and just before serving, sprinkle with whipped cream or natural yogurt, drained, if desired, and garnish with walnuts.

The cups must be prepared with a few hours in advance.
