Artichoke timbales

For 4 people
8 artichokes
4 tablespoons of soy cream
6 tablespoons of soy milk
1 teaspoon of agar agar powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
lemon juice



Wash the artichokes; remove the tough outer leaves, then check the remaining approximately half the length, and peel the stems.
