1 Eggplant
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 Zucchini
400 g mushrooms
1 lemon
fresh parsley
cold pressed olive oil


Wash and clean all the vegetables bio.
Slice the eggplant, peppers and Zucchini lengthwise so as to obtain some slices not too high so that Cook quickly on the grill or in the oven.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices at least one centimeter, this will avoid sticking on the grill.
Take slice grilled mushrooms and season with lemon, garlic, parsley and oil.
Arrange on a serving dish in the middle of the vegetables and mushrooms in a radial pattern alternating them so as to create a colorful composition.
