Stir fry seitan with cherry tomatoes and olives

Ingredients

For 2 people

180 g grilled seitan
200 g cherry tomatoes
60 g of pitted black olives
oregano
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

A dish with flavors and scents of the Mediterranean, tasty and very quick to prepare!

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and seitan in pieces.
In a pan with a little oil fry the seitan, cubed, then add the tomatoes, leave them to dry slightly, without letting them to overcook, and finally add the pitted olives.
Leave on the heat one more minute to heat all the ingredients evenly and serve hot.
Scente with oregano, fresh or dried, depending on availability.
