Tortellini with cream, vegan ham and mushrooms

For 4 people
400 g of tortellini vegan
300 g mushrooms
2 or 3 slices of vegan ham (instead of ham)
a sprig of parsley
200 g of soy cream
1 small onion


Boil a pot of salted water to cook the tortellini.
Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms finely and fry in pan prepared with chopped onion.
When you are quite softened add the cream and mix well.
Towards the end of cooking, add the sliced cut into small pieces and the chopped parsley.

Drain tortellini and put them on plates, adding finally the cream with mushrooms.
