For 2 people

- 100g boiled kamut wheat

- turmeric

- garam masala

- salt

- pepper

- 100g tofu

- 50g peas

- 2 tbsp tomato sauce

- garlic powder

- soy sauce

- basil leaves

- 1/2 onion

- evo oil


Chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil.

Add the diced tofu, turn it over until it forms a nice crust on all sides.

Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, peas, garlic, pepper and other spices and kamut wheat.

Mix all the ingredients well, cooking for 5 minutes, possibly adding a little water and adjusting salt.

On a low heat, add the chopped basil and a drizzle of oil.

Also great cold.
