1 tofu loaf

1 onion

10 sage leaves

extra virgin olive oil 

white wine

soy cream

salt, pepper

little tomato purée


I had advanced some soy cream, so I reinvented this tasty second dish!

Slice and fry the onion in a little oil, add the broken sage, the diced tofu, blend with plenty of white wine, season for 5 minutes, add a tablespoon of tomato purée, salt and pepper.

Unica differenza con la mia è il soffritto con aglio anziché cipolla, e un cucchiaio di passata di pomodoro. Eccellente! Bravissima
