Escalopes with mushrooms

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 people:

200 g natural seitan

200 g champignon mushrooms

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

extra virgin olive oil

salt, pepper, parsley

white wine

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

Stir fry the coarsely chopped onion and garlic in a little oil, add the diced mushrooms and broth and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the seitan into thin slices, flour it in cornstarch and brown it in another pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes per side.

Once browned, add it to the mushrooms, deglaze with white wine to taste and cook for another 10 minutes or until a fluid sauce is created.

Season with salt, pepper and add the parsley.
