50 ml balsamic vinegar-1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon tarragon--100 ml olive oil-Salt and pepper-700 g of spinach, cleaned and diced avocados 5-2 tablespoons lemon juice-100 g of black olives, pitted and sliced-1 sliced red onion finely-2 tangerines

Instructions
