2 glasses of bulgur-400 gr of shelled walnuts-1 medium-sized onion-salt

Instructions

Soften the bulgur in warm water for 15 minutes. Pounded finely the nuts, to which you add a teaspoon of salt in a mortar or on a cutting board. Chop the onion.
