250 g of chestnut flour-4 tablespoons sugar-2 handfuls of raisins-2 pine nuts-salt-oil-Rosemary-chopped walnuts or chopped dried figs: Optional
Put the flour in a bowl and add enough water, stirring with a whisk to make the dough smooth but not too liquid.
Add the dried fruit, a pinch of salt, a little oil, sugar and a sprig of Rosemary needles. Grease a roasting pan with a little olive oil and place the dough up no more than a finger. Put in the oven and cook until it will consist of small cracks on the crust. Superb cold!
