Ingredients

1 Loaf bread whole, 1 kg mixed fresh mushrooms, garlic, oil, parsley, tomato puree

Instructions

Clean the mushrooms and sauté the garlic whole breast with oil in order to remove after cooking. Add the mushrooms (give possibly a dash of wine, which is not ever OK) and bake for about 20 minutes (also depends on the type of mushrooms used). When missing 5 minutes at the end of cooking time, add a few spoon of tomato and parsley.
Dig the bread, so that only the walls remain, and fill it with mushrooms (pressing a bit they're all). Bake at 200 degrees so as to warm the bread. Cut and enjoy very warm.
