Ingredients

For 4 people: 1 small onion, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 4 slices of seitan, flour, parsley, tamari

Instructions

In a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, fry a small onion, sliced thinly.
When the onion has softened, add the slices of breaded seitan.
After they have been made lightly brown on both sides, add a cup of water and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
A few moments before removing from the heat, sprinkle with tamari and add chopped parsley.
