Ingredients

250 g puff pastry vegan (also frozen)-70 g of Berry Jam (or even of raspberries, blueberries or whatever your choice)-powdered sugar

Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry and spread over jam filling, making sure to leave a few centimeters. Fold the edge and bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180° c.
Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.
