1 green pepper-2 tbsp soy mayonnaise -2 spoons of tomato puree

Instructions

Clean the peppers and scald them in boiling water for three minutes. Before you chop it try to remove the skins of the peppers. Then mix all the ingredients with a food processor or with a hand blender until smooth sauce.
