Mushrooms with balsamic vinegar

70 ml olive oil-3 garlic cloves-450 g sliced fresh mushrooms- 45 ml-45 ml white wine vinegar-salt and pepper
Gently fry the garlic in hot oil for 1 or 2 minutes without Browning. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the balsamic vinegar and wine and cook for another two minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with croutons.
