4 thick slices of whole wheat bread, 50 gr. non-hydrogenated organic margarine, 1 tsp capers, some basil leaves, 100 gr of toasted almonds, 1 lettuce, 1 stalk of celery, 100 gr. fresh tofu

Prepare four thick slices of whole wheat bread not too thick (approx. 1 cm), then cut them into squares and Fry lightly, then spread with a cream working 50 gr. non-hydrogenated organic margarine, a teaspoon of chopped capers and some finely chopped basil leaves. 100 gr roasted too. peeled almonds and let cool well.
Clean a leaf lettuce, add a stalk of celery, 100 gr. of fresh tofu cubes, toasted almonds and serve with toasted bread. Serve with the sauce you prefer or with plain soy yogurt.
