Ingredients

For 4 people: 400 g long grain rice-a bit of peanut oil-1 tablespoon cashews 1 tablespoon 2-peanut-leaves-.5 TSP cumin-.5 TSP turmeric-2 lemons-salt

Instructions

Wash the rice and place in a saucepan with 1/2 litre of salt water.
Bring to a boil and cook for about ten minutes.
Drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan, add the cashew nuts, peanuts and chopped Bay leaves. Toast everything. Unite also cumin and turmeric. Roasted still for a few moments. Pour the rice into the Pan, add the lemon juice and cook jumping briefly. If needed, add a pinch of salt.
