Banana with chocolate and pistachios

Ingredients

For each additional person
1 banana (not too big)-ca. 20 g dark chocolate 100% vegan-slightly soymilk or rice milk--1 teaspoon shelled pistachios-wild strawberries (optional)

Instructions

Peel the banana and place it on the saucer.
Melt the chocolate in a pan, adding a little bit of soy milk or rice milk and making sure to stir constantly to prevent the chocolate face lumps or stick to the bottom of the pan.
When the chocolate is completely melted (the consistency should not be too runny) pour it on banana.
Chop the pistachios and sprinkle the surface of the banana cioccolatesca.
For those who want it: garnish with a few strawberries.

You can also use peanuts instead of pistachios, or hazelnuts or almonds.

Per fare una cosa fine tagliate via in linea retta il fondo della banana in modo che rimanga in un adorabile equilibrio sul piatto tipo gondola. E' molto buona aggiungendo sopra, oltre i pistacchi anche farina di cocco e/o le codette al cioccolato.

La cioccolata nn va mai fusa direttamente sul fuoco se no, anche se uno ci presta la massima attenzione, e' quasi certo che brucia. Bisogna fare un bagnomaria cioe' metterla in un recipiente immerso nell'acqua che bolle leggermente.
