Tomatoes with mashed fava beans

For 4 people:
4 tomatoes - 200 g of blanched and peeled, shelled and blanched fava beans - 200 g of garlic - fresh oregano - basil - thyme - a spring onion - lemon - margarine - extra virgin olive oil - salt - pepper
