6 medium potatoes-sliced smoked vegetable slices 1/4-2 1 minced onion-celery-salt-2 tablespoons margarine 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour-1-tsp mustard powder-1 tsp sugar 250 ml of beer-1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce-2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Boil the potatoes and peel them. Fry the sliced smoked vegetable until they become crispy, then break them up and add them to the fire with onion, celery and salt. Switch off the fire.
