1 medium pumpkin-50 g pitted green olives-25 g capers-1 celery heart-250 g tomatoes (better yet 125 grams of diluted with water)-1 onion-1 handful of Basil-2 tablespoons vinegar-1 tablespoon sugar-olive oil-Salt


Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and fry it in olive oil until in intensely browned.
Separately saute onion and then add the tomato, basil, pitted olives, capers and chopped celery.
Merge to salsa the pumpkin pieces, combine finally the vinegar and sugar, add salt and cook the whole thing even 10 minutes until the evaporation of vinegar.
