For 2 people: 2 tbsp of oil or margarine-from 300 gr. to 350 gr. pressed tofu, cut into 1 cm thick slices. -2 tsp shoyu or 1/4 teaspoon salt--1 pinch garlic powder or nutritional yeast (optional)
Heat the oil in a pan, add the slices of tofu and FRY for about 1 minute, then sprinkle with half shoyu (WEEE), and garlic powder, then FRY again for 15 or 30 seconds. Turned again, FRY for another 15-30 seconds, or until they have become golden brown.
Serve hot, sprinkled with a bit of shoyu and pepper.
