Pan of pasta with cabbage

For 4/6 persons: 500 grams of pasta-1 cabbage (or half and half broccoli cabbage)-2 handfuls of pine seeds-pepper-nutmeg-vegetable cream (or vegan bechamel)-olive oil-vegetable stock cube


Bring to boil water for pasta. When bubbles dissolve a nut for vegetable stock, pour a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and coarsely chopped cabbage. Boil for five minutes and then add the pasta, great corkscrew pasta.
When cooked, drain the pasta (you can keep the broth) and mix in pine nuts, cream, pepper and nutmeg, if you want you can also add raisins. Mix well and then pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or so doing Brown on the surface.
