Seitan stew with tomatoes

Ingredients

For 2 people: 1 package of seitan 1 onion 4 tablespoons soft-small-oil-tomato-soy sauce (shoyu or tamari)

Instructions

Make a sauce with the oil and the onion.
Meanwhile whittling the seitan in cubes and add it to the mixture. Season with a bit of shoyu or tamari, mix thoroughly and add the tomato sauce so as to cover the seitan (eye, however, not to overdo it: you don't need to let us navigate).
Allow to restrict the sauce and serve hot.
Ideal served with polenta.
