Pasta with artichokes and olives

For 4 people: 400 g short pasta type half sleeve-olive oil-5 artichokes tender-fresh parsley-onion-olives-salt and pepper
Clean and cut into thin slices the artichokes, taking care to remove the outer leaves and the "beard" inside.
Pour oil into the Pan and then FRY the onion, then add the artichokes, pitted olives, parsley, salt and pepper.
Do go up in cooking with a lid on the Pan and, if necessary, add a little water.
