For 2 persons: 40 gr chickpea flour-3 cloves of garlic-1 bunch Basil-oil-Salt


Mix the flour with a dl of water, add the pulp of whole cloves of garlic cooked in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes. and then peeled, and 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt. Soak up quickly the basil leaves and FRY in hot oil. Let the excess drain on paper towels, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
