Pizza with sauteed vegetables

Basic dough for pizza-1 small courgette 1 small red bell pepper-1 small potato- 2/3 mushrooms-40 grams of spinach-some efflorescence of a cabbage-1 handful of peas-1 onion-tomato-oregano Basil olive oil
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Cook in boiling potatoes and peas, remove them from the heat and drain. In a large pan, sauté in olive oil onion cut into thin slices, place in a pot and cook the pepper, then separately the zucchini, cabbage, mushrooms, spinach. The vegetables will be cooked separately.
Roll out pizza dough, cover of extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce adding the Basil. Now spread the onion and other vegetables in similar proportions.
Bake at 250-300 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
Serve hot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
