Ingredients

150 g rice flour-salt-500 ml water-150 g sugar-a piece of ginger-raisin-pine nuts-1 apple-3 prunes

Instructions

Mix the flour, salt and hot water until you have a soft ball.
Hollowed balls as big as an apricot and roll them into raisins and pine nuts.
Boil the balls in boiling water, drain them, put them in cold water and dry them.
Boil the pasta water with sugar and ginger.
Make a syrup, let cool and remove ginger.
