Sweet and sour onions (2)

Ingredients

For 8 people
24 Pearl onions
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (corn or sesame)

Sauce:
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice vinegar (or apples)
5 or 6 tablespoons of water
This sauce is also suitable to prepare marinated vegetables

Instructions

Put the oil in a large frying pan, covering evenly.
Place the onions in a single layer and let them FRY in oil for a few minutes on both sides.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce with ingredients listed above.
When the onions are golden brown on both sides, add dressing, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, being careful not to let her stick on the bottom of the Pan: Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
