100 grams of dried peas or split: 100 grams of carrots-100 gr of Zucchini-carrot 100 g-200 g of tofu-100 g wheat flour-100 g chickpea flour 1 tsp salt-1-molasses-Rosemary-1 sprig of Sage (4 or 5 leaves)-a sprig of thyme
Cook in a small amount of water 100 gr. dried peas or split until they have absorbed all the water.
Grate or cut into thin strips different types of vegetables: potatoes, carrots, Zucchini. Add salt and put them in a colander.
After an hour, put them in a large bowl and add a teaspoon of molasses, salt, Rosemary, Sage and thyme, 200 gr. tofu, 100 gr. wheat flour and 100 of chickpea flour.
Add the mashed peas, mix and pour into a mold lined with greaseproof paper. Bake for 1 hour until it is firm.
