500 g puff pastry vegan - 700 gr of apples - 50 gr of raisins - 1 orange - 4 tablespoons raw cane sugar - margarine - flour


Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices, sprinkle with sugar, orange zest and juice and let stand for 30 minutes. Then drain them and let them dry. trattandosi di una crostata penso sia pasta frolla, non pasta sfoglia...

Sia pasta sfoglia o sia pasta frolla,è da fare in casa con gli ingredienti necessari!
Tanto più che in questi prodotti preparati ci sono tantissimi aditivi e a volte anche strutto!
