Tagliatelle with cream and mushrooms

Ingredients

For 4 people: 400 g of noodles vegan-200 gr of fresh champignon-125 ml soy cream-2 cloves garlic-4 tablespoons chopped parsley-2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil-Salt and pepper

Instructions

While cook noodles in boiling salted water, prepare the sauce.
After they are thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, chopped finely and separately the garlic, button mushrooms and parsley.
In a pan heat the oil and add the chopped garlic.
When the garlic begins to sizzle, add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Then add the cream, salt and pepper. Heat and shrink slightly, then dress the noodles al dente drain. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
