Ingredients

For 4 people: 400 g of broccoli-cauliflower 400 g-1 Onion-Potato-carrot-1 2 200 ml soy milk-100 ml soy cream-50 g flour-6 tbsp oil-1 tsp curry 1 tsp chopped coriander-1-teaspoon of ground cumin-1/2 tsp ginger-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg--1/2 teaspoon of cloves-salt

Instructions

After being washed and cut, Cook steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
Peel and dice the potato.
Clean and cut into slices carrots.
Peel and chop the onion.
Saute the onion in a little oil, potato and carrots soften them (if too dry add a few tablespoons of water).
When will keep add the broccoli and cauliflower steamed and blended. Add salt to taste.
Put the milk, the cream and flour in a saucepan and thicken over low heat.
Add all the spices and stir.
Add this sauce to the vegetables, mix and serve.
