For 4-6 people: 250 g of tofu-100 g ground almonds-30 gr margarine-1 tsp curry powder


Blend all ingredients, except almonds until blended.
Formed into balls of the diameter of a couple of CM: with the dosage regimen you should get about 24.
Rotolatele in the chopped almonds, diponetele on a platter and keep them in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
