For 4 people: 8 small Zucchini and 2 or 3 cloves of garlic-keep-1 bunch of parsley-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs-olive oil-salt-pepper


Preheat the oven to 200° c.
Cut the zucchini into long thick slices half a centimeter; chop the garlic and parsley.
Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle the zucchini, season with salt and pepper.

le zucchine gratinate sono d'avvero molte buone,è la prima volta che le assaggio.

Veramente molto buona ed anche veloce da realizzare...io ho usato le zucchine tonde tagliandole con l'affettatrice...se però avete tempo, meglio lasciare una mezz'ora le zucchine tagliate e salate su un piano inclinato a perdere acqua.
