Soy vanilla pudding

750 ml soy milk-130 grams of sucanat-20 gr of flour-20 g of corn starch (maizena)-1 teaspoon agar agar-1/4 TSP vanilla powder


Mix in a saucepan the flour, cornstarch, sugar, agar agar and vanilla and slowly add the soy milk, in order to avoid the formation of lumps.
Put the pot on the stove and bring to a boil sweet flame, until the desired consistency.
Place some cups and leave to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Potete modificare il gusto del budino sostituendo alla vaniglia 40 gr di cacao amaro, oppure 30 gr di caffè solubile o, ancora, la scorza grattugiata di 1/2 limone...
