Ingredients

125 g soft margarine
60 g brown sugar (or normal, depending on your taste)
175 g white flour
3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
Strawberry Jam

Instructions

Beat the margarine with a whisk in a large bowl until creamy.
Add the sugar and whisk, then add the flour passed through a sieve and stir with a wooden spoon, finally add the lemon.
Pour mixture onto work surface, divide it into two equal parts and shape each party a roll of 3-4 cm in diameter.
Wrap each roll with plastic wrap and place in freezer until all the rolls have become hard.
Remove a roll from the freezer and cut into thin slices, take each slice in hand, the dough into a disk shape, place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and lightly press down the middle to form a small recess.
Mix the Strawberry Jam to make it more liquid, then pour a little in the center of each disk.
Remove the other roll from the freezer, cut it into slices and modellatele scaldandole in his hands, cover the disks with the jam with one of these slices, press the edges and place cookies on baking sheet with as much distance as possible from each other, since during cooking will expand greatly.
Bake in preheated oven at 200° C for 10 minutes.
When the cooking is finished, wait for it to cool down before you remove them from the pan.
