Ingredients

500 g flour-30 g fresh yeast-1 tablespoon salt-1 tbsp of olive oil-250 ml lukewarm water-oregano-tomatoes-roasted vegetables (optional)

Instructions

Mix the yeast with a tablespoon of flour in a little warm water until you get a homogeneous mixture. Let rise for 30 minutes in a bowl covered with a cloth. Put the flour and the Center make a small hole where you pour the water, salt, oil and the yeast. Knead with your hands for a few minutes and with energy. Cover the dough and put in a warm place to promote fermentation. After 2 hours it lay on the baking sheet. Pour the tomatoes, oregano, the grilled vegetables that in the meantime you all prepared and the oil. Cook for about 20 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.
