Tofu fritters

4 slices of tofu (1 cm high)
1 cc of tamari or shoyu (soy sauce)
sesame oil
Heat the sesame oil in a large pan and arrange the slices of tofu previously wetted with a few drops of tamari.
Cook for about 5 minutes, turning them always until take a nice golden color.
