Gourmet spiced apples

For 4 people: 4 apples-50 g dried apricots-50 g pitted dates-2 oranges-50 g almonds-1 orange juice-1 lemon-ginger juice and ground cinnamon
Peel the apples and remove the core forming a hole larger than the core itself.
Wet apples with lemon juice to prevent them turning brown.
In a blender, or with a knife, roughly chop the peeled oranges, apricots, dates, almonds, and whether apple pulp removed along with the core.
Add the spices, ginger and cinnamon, mix carefully, and use the mixture to fill the apples.
Place them in a baking dish, and drizzle with orange juice and lemon.
Finally put the apples in a preheated oven at 180° C for about half an hour.
