Sweet rice with mango

For 4 people:
200 g rice
400 ml vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 pinch of vanilla
2 ripe mangoes
40 g of pistachios


Cook the rice in a pot with 400 ml of vanilla soy milk and 250 ml of water.
After pouring the rice, add the sugar and a pinch of vanilla to further enhance the aroma and flavor of that already contained in the milk.
