2 cucumbers
3 cloves of garlic
500 g of soy yogurt

Take cucumbers, Peel and grate them with a cheese grater from carrots (one of those big holes), sprinkle with salt and place in a colander for at least half a day, so that they can release all excess water. Don't mix in mixer otherwise it becomes a mush undefined.
Peel 3 cloves of garlic and triturateli well in the mixer up to reduce them in pasta and add to the yogurt and mix well with a spoon and placing it in the refrigerator for the usual half a day so that you can switch your garlic yogurt flavor.
When consuming it, add the Tomato Cucumber yogurt, mix well and serve with toasted bread or with falafel (those with Arabic trick).
