Basmati rice pulao

Ingredients

For 4 people:
350 g of Basmati rice
100 g of peeled almonds
70 g raisins
30 g corn oil
turmeric
cumin
curry
salt

Instructions

Bring to boil the salt water equal to 1.8 times the volume of rice.
In another pan heat oil, spices, almonds and raisins.
When they start to saute add the rice and toast lightly.
Add hot water and cook over low heat until completely absorbed (about 10 minutes).
Serve hot accompanied by a second spiced legumes (such as lentil dahl).
