Tofu croquettes

For 4 people:
1 brick of 250 g tofu
nutritional yeast flakes
flour
water
soy sauce
Take the brick of tofu and cut it into slices, not too thin but from about half a centimetre.
After that in one container mix the flour with water and soy sauce, the ideal would be to keep this batter a bit dense.
Take a shallow dish and pour the yeast flakes.
Dip the tofu into the batter and then panatelo in yeast: the surface must be a bit dry otherwise will not form the crust.
Fry the tofu croquettes or put them in the oven until the surface is golden.
Serveon a plate of salad and believe me it will be a huge success!
