1 cup Dulse seaweed
0.5 cup carrots cut into match
0.5 cup of chopped leeks into rings
1 cup of corn in grain
0.5 cup of green beans
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
soy sauce (shoyu)


Wash the seaweed Dulse and put it to soak for a few minutes, squeeze and cut it into small pieces.
Blanch the green beans in boiling water and cut into small pieces.
