Soy stew with peppers

For 2 people
300 g of soy stew
2 green peppers a "Croissant"
2 Bay leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 fingers in a glass of cognac


Saute chopped peppers in two fingers of water with soy sauce and oil.
Soy stew, add Bay leaves and breadcrumbs.
Stir for a moment and then drizzle with the cognac and fire; cover when ran the flame with a lid and simmer 20 minutes.
