Basmati rice with peppers

For 2 people
2 green peppers (long ones-even for salad-which are sweeter)
1 yellow pepper
Rosemary or parsley
1 tablespoon oil
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce (shoyu)
Sauté the chopped garlic and parsley in a little water with a drop of oil, add the chopped peppers, salt with a tablespoon shoyu and cook.
Drain the rice a little al dente and add to peppers, finish cooking.
